This is (probably) great news for fans of the franchise, as Nina is one of the best characters available for unleashing a flurry of combos with speed and strength that can only be matched by few. She’s known for her ability to chain throws as well, which leaves little to no room for counterplay if mastered. So it’s safe to say that fans have a love/hate relationship with this particular character.
The only clue we have about her story for this installment of Tekken is that she’s garbed in a bride’s dress. Maybe she was finally on the verge of settling down with someone and saw them killed on her wedding day, setting her off in a revenge-fueled rage? (I know, my imagination lacks creativity).
We’ll just have to wait until Tekken 7: Fated Retribution (the update to Tekken 7) releases later this year on the PlayStation 4. While it’s unclear if it will be releasing on the Xbox One and/or PC, it’s not too unlikely, as Bandai Namco Entertainment hasn’t outright dismissed the possibility.
