Alicja Bachleda-Curuś, the voice actor for Anya Oliwa in Wolfenstein: The New Order conducted an interview with Polish TV station TVN yesterday. The interview, translated by Eurogamer, seemingly reveals that she is working on a new game.

She stated that she was working on a sequel to a game that she had worked on before. She then proceeded to tell the interviewer that she had played the game as a child and was extremely happy when she got to the end and was able to kill Hitler:

In June 2014 during a Giant Bomb interview, Jens Matthies, the creative director for MachineGames, stated that the developer was hopeful for a sequel, but no new game has been officially announced. No one else related to the project has hinted at a sequel either.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood released May 5, 2015, but it is an expansion pack, not a full game, and is a prequel to The New Order, not a sequel; The Old Blood should not be related to Matthies’ statement.

Another installment in the Wolfenstein series is very likely though, considering The New Order sold well and was generally well received.

Wolfenstein: The New Order is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. It was developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda.
